About the Role
Responsibilities and Duties
To demonstrate and train customers in the use of CNC machine tools from our product range
Manage all on site installations, commissioning, repairs and maintenance
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
To provide time, specifications and tooling studies for customers on request
Build positive relationships with our customers
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Preparation of Machinery and Equipment prior to dispatch
To liaise with key suppliers in order to resolve technical issues with machinery and / or equipment
Travel regionally and/or interstate as required
To maintain a quality Company image
To work in a Team environment effectively
To conduct your duties in the best interests of the Company
Requirements
Education level.
Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Engineering (Trade
Certificate)Electrical/Electronics qualifications advantageous.
Experience with the following programs, Manual Guide 1, CNC Program and Alpha Programming
Experience.
Preferably 5 years hands on experience.
Specific skills.
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
Understanding of Technical Machinery and Equipment
Strong numeracy skills
Licenses
Forklift License
Car License
